Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term meaning Science or wisdom of life (Ayu is life and veda is knowledge wisdom or science). Ayurveda is a Vedic Science, a Heritage from our world's Vedic tradition. It is 5000-year-old science, which has proven its efficiency in all the areas of life. The primary aim of Ayurveda is to maintain the health and prevent the diseases and the secondary goal is to cure the diseases. Ayurveda is a natural way for achieving and maintaining optimum health. Ayurveda offers a unique concept of panchakarma(Detox) which opens up the channels and rejuvenates the body.
It also includes many body treatments, which are very relaxing for the body and the mind.

Ayurveda is not a religion or a religious belief. It’s an ancient philosophy, which is easy to understand and implement in daily life. By increasing awareness and providing simple parameters for gauging bodily health, Ayurveda helps in prevention of ailments. Ayurveda treats an individual as a unique signature of nature and Ayurvedic health supplements are designed in accordance with that unique signature.
